Anxiety

I found this book very different and enlightening in regards to anxiety. I frequently re-read passages.

Much appreciated gift to a friend with a fair amount of anxiety.

I haven’t found the book contents compelling to read in one and have just dipped in and out of reading it so far, so reluctant to make a judgment on the whole book as yet. I was a bit disappointed by the hard cover - I think soft over is more sustainable, hard covers like this often break from the spine of pages but that’s a small point
